Making Merch | Chibihead Wanted Poster Pillows

I haven't been crafty for a while - and I kept on exploring for ways on how to get back on being creative; whether by a simple doodle, vlogging or making posters.

Earlier this year, I launched my online shop where I put in some of the leftover merch I purposely stock up for booth table conventions - but that didn't happen.

It was in my mind that if I made sales, I'll try and launch new merch items - that didn't happened too😓 It took me a lot of research, courage and pushing to actually start making new merch: my chibihead wanted poster pillows.

I was never risky on decisions and I try not to lessen my impulsive self of spending money. My elder sister recommended this supplier, that happens to be just a few kilometers away from our place so I tried to order my first batch.

I did tried to keep my expectations low on this. I ordered in a small batch so I can easily dispose them, since pillows are bulky to store and I really don't have extra storage space now at home.

These are small decorative pillows that are just sized perfectly as a car pillow or something . I loved the print and the quality of fabric. Right the bat though, when I removed them from their packaging, I was not excited to the amount of stuffing each pillow had. I did got them in a cheap price and I understand that these were meant to be giveaways and not something that is resold.

I had to think long about this one too but I ended up destitching the ends and filled them up with more stuffings that I myself would be happy enough to resell. It did took me time to do everything all by myself.

I had a good response with my pillows and that made me so happy! I currently have 8 wanted poster designs (Luffy, Chopper, Brook, Zoro, Sanji, Nami, Robin and Katakuri) - based on the popularity of my previous merch records.
