Pre-Valentine 2013
Radio stations and TV shows have been featuring Valentine's specials, tips and ideas both for the couples and the singles.
At WAVE 89.1 they're giving out to-do lists for all the single men and women; including a Valentine exchange gift you can do with your fellow single friends. And spend the rest of the night dining out with them.
At RX 93.1, it was so timely that it was "Sawi Wednesday" wherein the listeners had the chance to participate on today's topic which of "Second Chance". Listeners where asked the question "if you would have a second chance with a former loved one, who will it be and why".
At the GMA Morning show, Unang Hirit; they gave out recommended flowers and their price ranges. They also featured chocolate carving, goof for those who likes customizing stuffs. Included on their pre-valentine day, they also recommended picnic as a cheap and sweet way to celebrate the day with your loved one.
And for me, I have been asked with gift ideas by friends that they could give out to their partner. I made this cute chibi lovers for a friend to be printed on a pillow like the ones sold at those couple shops. And another friend ased me a theme for a hand-made card he'll give to her girlfriend. Since he was a photographer, I told him to make a Polaroid-shaped card with a slit at the bottom where a Polaroid-style photo if then together can be pulled. ;)
How about you? How will you celebrate Valentine's Day tomorrow? :D
